These Terms of Service govern use of chosenlane.com and purchases from Chosen Lane. By accessing the site, placing an order, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.
1. Store Platform
Chosen Lane is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate the store. Shopify and other providers may supply checkout, payment, fraud-prevention, analytics, or technical services.
2. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. By placing an order, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter the transaction or appropriate authorization to do so.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, features, photographs, and colors accurately. Displays, lighting, manufacturing batches, packaging, and other factors can cause minor differences.
Product information may be corrected, updated, or clarified when needed. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you with available options.
4. Pricing and Availability
Prices, promotions, availability, shipping options, and other information may change without advance notice, subject to applicable law. We may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or listing errors.
If a material pricing error is discovered after an order is submitted, we may cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund rather than fulfill a clearly erroneous transaction.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not always mean final acceptance or fulfillment. We may review orders for payment authorization, inventory, shipping restrictions, fraud prevention, pricing errors, or other legitimate reasons.
Where permitted by law, we may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory unavailability, material error, prohibited destination, or promotion abuse. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund for the cancelled amount.
6. Payment
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable processor to charge the amount displayed at checkout. Payment processing is subject to the terms and security controls of Shopify and/or the payment provider.
7. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Most orders are targeted for dispatch within 1 business day after successful payment and required verification, and standard delivery is generally estimated at 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. For a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item, we may request reasonable documentation such as photographs or video. Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include replacement, refund, store credit, replacement parts, or another appropriate remedy.
9. Promotions
Promotions, including CHOSEN10, may be subject to eligibility rules, exclusions, minimums, one-use limits, product restrictions, combination restrictions, or other terms shown with the offer or at checkout.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes generally cannot be combined or applied retroactively after checkout. We may refuse promotional use involving fraud, automated abuse, duplicate-account abuse, code manipulation, or similar misuse to the extent permitted by law.
10. Customer Accounts
If customer accounts are offered, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
11. Reviews and User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, feedback, ideas, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you grant Chosen Lane a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute content you voluntarily submit for store, customer-service, promotional, or business purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, misleading, or unrelated.
12. Intellectual Property
The Chosen Lane name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, logos, and other store materials are owned by or licensed to Chosen Lane and protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal shopping purposes, but may not copy, republish, scrape, sell, or exploit protected content without permission except as allowed by law.
13. Prohibited Uses
- Illegal activity or fraud;
- Unauthorized access, malware, or interference with site security;
- Unauthorized scraping or collection of data;
- Infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
- Abuse of promotions, returns, refunds, or customer-service processes.
14. Third-Party Services
The site may use or link to third-party payment providers, social platforms, analytics services, shipping carriers, and other services. Those third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Chosen Lane is not responsible for content or services controlled independently by a third party except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

16. Service Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, security events, and internet disruptions may affect service.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes an express product warranty or statutory consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chosen Lane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of the site where such liability may lawfully be limited. This does not remove non-waivable consumer rights.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, fraud, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
20. Severability and No Waiver
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by laws applicable to Chosen Lane in Colorado, United States, without overriding mandatory consumer protection or jurisdictional rights that apply to you in your place of residence.
22. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted with its updated date, and changes apply as required by applicable law.
